Charlie has found a love for stickers. I had these circle stickers left over from a rummage sale a few years ago so I let him lose with them and some black scrapbook paper that I cut to the size of my blank envelopes. I drew a few eyes and carrot noses and PRESTO, winter cards made by Big C! Perfect for thank you notes!

Robin's Nest
My dear friend Robin does a homemade Christmas every year with her family. The husbands, wives, and even kids get in on the action. This year she has many beautiful projects that she gave to her family and I had to share these ideas.
DIY Family Sign
Each letter is a circuit piece of vinyl on a piece of scrapbook paper attached to a piece of wood. I love this idea!
Love it Robin! You inspire me!
Child Made Christmas Presents
How cute are these pieces of wood that her girls painted, husband cut and sanded, and she tied a bow too. I think a little basket of these would be adorable at Christmas.

Jean's Poem
A dear friend of ours writes poetry. Charlie and I decided to use his poem as inspiration and create a piece of art from it. I enlarged his signature onto a piece of watercolor paper and traced it with a white crayon. Then Charlie used watercolor crayons to decorate the page and added water to blend the colors. Once it was dry, I put it through the printer with his poem on it and ta-da! A personalized piece of art for a dear friend.
Kids Keys: Best Gift EVER!
Charlie is always stealing my keys. He also loves my recess whistle and credit cards, so my friend Robin made me a Dr. Seuss key fob (Charlie's favorite) and I attached a carabineer, whistle, empty gift card, and keys with various toppers he could gnaw on and he LOVES it! The best part is, we have a hook for our keys by the door. I attached a 3M hook at his level under our key hook and put his keys on it. Now whenever we go to leave the house he grabs his keys! He knows where they are when he wants them and loves putting them off and on the hook. It cracks me up how observant he is!
Snowflake Mantle Painting
Just like we did for the plate, we made a painting for our mantle by taping off the shape of a snowflake and then Charlie painted all over the canvas. It is a perfect family painting for the winter months.
